Christianity—
Where’s the Evidence?
There really is evidence for Christianity— you just have to look for it.
A logical and thought-provoking examination of the evidence for Christianity, written from the perspective of a layman and former skeptic.
A Journey from Skepticism to Conviction
Eric Hiller spent years largely dismissing Christianity before accepting a challenge to seriously investigate whether its claims were actually supported by evidence. What began as skepticism became a years-long study of the historical, scientific, philosophical, and biblical case for Christianity.

What’s It About?
Is there actual evidence for Christianity, or is Christian belief ultimately just a matter of faith?
For years, Eric Hiller gave Christianity little serious consideration. Like many skeptics, he assumed Christians were either misinformed, gullible, or simply willing to believe things without sufficient evidence.
Then he was challenged to investigate Christianity for himself.
What began as skepticism became a serious examination of the historical, scientific, philosophical, and biblical evidence surrounding the Christian faith. Eric discovered that many of the questions and objections he once had weren't without answers—and that the evidence was far more substantial than he had expected.
Christianity—Where’s the Evidence? presents that journey and the evidence Eric encountered along the way, written from the perspective of a layman and former skeptic rather than a theologian.
The goal isn't simply to tell readers what to believe. It's to give them evidence to examine and encourage them to reach their own conclusions.

About Eric
Eric Hiller is a retired accounting director and a longtime student of Christian apologetics.
After spending many years as a skeptic, Eric accepted a challenge to seriously investigate Christianity for himself. What began as an effort to determine whether the claims of Christianity could withstand scrutiny developed into a years-long personal study.
Through examining the historical, scientific, philosophical, and biblical case for Christianity, Eric ultimately concluded that there is compelling (actually, overwhelming) evidence supporting the Christian faith. That journey inspired him to write Christianity—Where’s the Evidence?
Eric approaches apologetics from the perspective of a layman rather than a theologian or academic. His goal is to make complex questions understandable to everyday readers and to encourage people to examine the evidence for themselves rather than accept—or reject—Christianity without investigating its claims.
His life verse, 1 Peter 3:15, has long guided both his faith and his interest in helping others thoughtfully explore the reasons for Christian belief.
Eric and his wife, Sue, live in Indian Harbour Beach, Florida, and are active members of Oceanside Community Church.
